David H. Reichenberg
Associate
David Reichenberg is an associate in the New York office concentrating in the firm’s antitrust practice. At AV&H, Mr. Reichenberg has assisted with antitrust litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, as well as with the merger and antitrust counseling practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reichenberg participated in the Federal Trade Commission’s extern program for the Northeast Regional office. At the FTC, he worked on various antitrust and consumer protection matters, including Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger investigations in the cranberry juice and baked goods industries and a consumer fraud suit involving financial services. He also advised FTC staff attorneys on potential Sherman Act and FTC Act claims.
At the Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Reichenberg completed price discrimination and monopolization research for an antitrust faculty member. As an undergraduate in the Honors Program at Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology, Mr. Reichenberg successfully defended a thesis regarding the Telecommunications Act of 1996 before a former FTC economist and two senior economics professors.
