Charles Paul Hoffman

Associate

Charles Paul Hoffman is an associate in the New York office of Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP.  His practice is focused on antitrust litigation, merger analysis, and complex litigation.

Mr. Hoffman's work has included the criminal defense of an international parcel tanker shipping company expelled from the Department of Justice Antitrust Division's Corporate Leniency Program and the representation of creditors in the bankruptcy of a national cable television company.  He has also engaged in substantial pro bono work, including a report for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law on U.S. compliance with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, as well as election law projects with the National Campaign for Fair Elections.

Prior to joining Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP, Mr. Hoffman was a litigation associate at the New York office of White & Case LLP.
