Ithti T. Ulit
eDiscovery Attorney
Ithti Toy Ulit's practice focuses on patent and other intellectual property litigation and counseling.
At AV&H, Mr. Ulit represents clients engaged in major patent litigation, including in the pharmaceutical industry. He has experience counseling and assisting clients in navigating around the intellectual property rights of competitors, mainly in the context of drug formulations; he also drafts patents, and prepares patent validity and infringement assessments.
Prior to joining AV&H, Mr. Ulit clerked for Magistrate Judges Diane M. Brenneman and Michael McCarthy of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia while completing his M.S. in Biotechnology at The Johns Hopkins University. In addition, as a law fellow at The Human Rights Campaign, he worked in the areas of judicial nominations, hate crimes, and state lobbying compliance. Before attending law school, Mr. Ulit worked as a scientific researcher in the areas of human leukocyte antigen typing, reproductive biology and population biology.
