Kelly A. Burns
Associate
Kelly Burns is active in various aspects of the firm’s litigation practice areas. Ms. Burns’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and the resolution of business disputes. She has experience with complex contractual disputes, intellectual property litigation, reinsurance, securities class action defense and environmental litigation. Ms. Burns has also advised and represented clients in connection with recent federal and state inquiries into contingent commissions and finite reinsurance transactions.
Prior to joining Axinn, Veltrop and Harkrider in 2007, Ms. Burns spent two years practicing commercial litigation and environmental litigation at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.
