Summer Associate Program

AV&H's summer associate program is an informal, work-oriented program.  Its primary purpose is to introduce summer associates firsthand to the type of work that the practice at AV&H entails.  Summer associates will be fully integrated and their work will be, in most cases, driven by client needs. To the greatest extent possible, summer associates are given the same types of asignments as our full-time associates.  We make every effort to include our summer associates in high-level strategy meetings, court appearances and depositions to provide a fuller view of life at AV&H. Summer associates are also encouraged to work on pro bono matters.

AV&H is seeking law students ranked in the top tier of their law school class and who can demonstrate an interest in our main practice areas. Law review or journal experience is strongly preferred.  AV&H offers compensation that is competitive with other top firms in the cities in which we are located.
