During CBI's Pharmaceutical Congress on Paragraph IV Disputes in Philadelphia on October 15 and 16, 2008, AV&H partners Chad Landmon and Michael Davitz, M.D., J.D. spoke extensively on numerous issues relating to Paragraph IV litigation. Chad Landmon was a workshop leader during a pre-conference workshop focusing on the assessment of litigation strategies to proactively plan for Paragraph IV disputes.
