AVH Obtains Antitrust Clearance for Omnicare's Acquisition of Rival Neighborcare

AVH served as antitrust special counsel to Omnicare Inc. in its proposed $1.7 billion acquisition of NeighborCare Inc. AVH overcame concerns raised by the FTC during a Second Request, and successfully persuaded the FTC to close its investigation without requiring any divestitures or other relief.
