Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP is representing INEOS, one of the world’s largest chemical companies, in various disputes involving chemical supply contracts and other matters.  Pending actions include suits filed in the Southern District of New York and the District of Delaware as well as arbitration proceedings.
