Generics Line, a publication of FDA News, quotes AV&H's Jim Doyle in their January 9th issue: "Eisai Could See At-Risk Launch of Generic Aricept ODT."   Doyle represented Mutual Pharmaceuticals in a patent infringement case involving their abbreviated new drug application for Aricept ODT.   "James Doyle, an attorney with Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider who represented Mutual, said that while the case has been thrown out for now, Eisai could seek reconsideration or appeal the decision."
