AV&H Obtains Antitrust Clearance for Omnicare's Acquisition of Rival Neighborcare

AV&H served as antitrust special counsel to Omnicare Inc. in its proposed $1.7 billion acquisition of NeighborCare Inc.  AV&H overcame concerns raised by the FTC during a Second Request, and successfully persuaded the FTC to close its investigation without requiring any divestitures or other relief.
