Thomas Hedemann is an associate in the firm’s Hartford office and practices primarily in the area of intellectual property and commercial litigation.
Thomas has experience in all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation counseling and strategy through fact and expert discovery, pre-trial motions and appeal. In the area of intellectual property, he has litigated cases involving diverse technologies, specializing in pharmaceutical cases brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. In the area of commercial litigation, he has worked on matters involving supply contracts, employment contracts, insurance claims and various business torts.
