Mr. Lowe is a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases and other complex litigation matters.  Some of his recent cases include:

·          Representing defendants in a multi-product patent trial (2007)

·          Obtaining denial of a preliminary injunction request (2009)

·          Obtaining summary judgment ruling of patent invalidity (2010)

·          Representing defendants in a multi-billion dollar jury trial (2011)

·          Presenting oral arguments at the Federal Circuit (2011)
