Evan Lee is an associate in the New York office concentrating in the firm’s complex litigation practice. Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and the resolution of business disputes. He has experience with internal investigations, contractual disputes, and bankruptcy litigation.

Mr. Lee's experience includes representation of an American Express affiliate in an expedited litigation arising from the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy proceeding; defending a large insurance company against claims for indemnification arising out of the transfer of reinsurance contracts; and enforcement of a state chartered savings bank's rights arising from a mortgage loan purchase and servicing agreement.
